We’ll look to you for:

• Conducting advanced, competency- and skills-based interviews and delivering concise, insightful shortlist summaries
• Tracking and improving KPIs (e.g., quality of hire, time-to-fill, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction)
• Leveraging analytics for continuous improvement and reporting insights to senior leadership
• Managing portfolios, candidates, and pipelines rigorously in the ATS and Talent Acquisition tools
• Ensuring legal compliance and operating with a cost-optimization mindset
• Staying on top of market trends and best practices, and adjusting strategies accordingly
• Liaising with external providers to balance cost and quality
• Fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, or other relevant fields

• At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in a global environment

• Fluent in Turkish and English

• Solid, proven experience in Talent Acquisition, whether in-house or in an agency setting, with an ability to understand the Engineering & Technical sector

• Experience in partnering with senior stakeholders and working within a matrix environment

• Solid experience working with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and Applicant Tracking Systems

• Experience with project management and delivery, working against milestones and deadlines, and resource management

• Excellent coordination and collaboration skills

• Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners

• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
