• High School Graduate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Bartender/Barmaid similar position
• Proficiency in English (Good)
• Ability to work on-site
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to bar operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Demonstrate teamwork, leadership, and adaptability in a team-oriented environment
• Assist in the development of new cocktail recipes and promotions
