We are currently seeking applications for the position of "IT Project and Customer Integration Management Specialist" at the Business Analysis and Project Management Directorate within the General Directorate of Information Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for playing an active role in customer integration processes and projects, conducting needs analysis, process improvements, testing, and reporting.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university
  
  
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, technical analysis, and integration projects
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented with a solutions mindset
  
  
• Innovative mindset with openness to learning and development
  
  
• Strong analytical, reporting, interpreting, process management, and presentation skills
  
  
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Job Description:

•  Active involvement in customer integration processes and projects
  
  
•  Communicating with customers to clarify integration processes and participating in technical meetings
  
  
•  Keeping up-to-date with ecommerce sector trends, both domestic and foreign applications, and technological developments and reporting findings
  
  
•  Coordinating and communicating with internal and external customers and technology teams
  
  
•  Conducting analysis and research to improve organizational processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction, developing recommendations and reporting findings
  
  
•  Conducting detailed analysis work related to integrations
  
  
•  Carrying out end-to-end tests of established integrations
  
  
•  Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of relevant integrations after their implementation, identifying any potential problems, and reporting them with solutions provided
  
  
•  Business analysis, workflow, and test scenario preparation, conducting tests, and reporting results in interdepartmental project and integration work.
