About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HSE Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintain risk assessments, and promote a proactive safety culture across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor occupational health, safety, and environmental processes in accordance with local legislation and company standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits, and track corrective and preventive actions.

• Lead accident and incident investigations, identify root causes, and develop preventive measures.

• Organize and deliver mandatory HSE induction and refresher training for personnel.

• Support waste management, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives.

• Monitor HSE performance indicators and report findings regularly to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.

• Valid Class B Occupational Health and Safety Specialist Certificate.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in HSE roles.

• Good knowledge of Turkish occupational health and safety and environmental legislation.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Meditek OHS software.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
