About the Role
Balorman INT is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resources processes, oversee administrative affairs, support production operations, ensure compliance with occupational health and safety practices, and contribute to the development of our organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources and administrative affairs, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or factory environment,
- Good command of English, both written and spoken,Proven experience in human resources and administrative affairs, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or factory environment,
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, training and development, organizational development, and employee relations,
- Good understanding of labor law, social security regulations, payroll, personnel administration, occupational health and safety, and administrative affairs processes,
- Experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment,
- Familiarity with OHS practices, workplace safety procedures, risk assessment processes, and legal compliance requirements,
- Experience in managing administrative operations such as facility services, transportation, catering, cleaning, security, procurement support, office supplies, and company vehicles,
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills,
- Excellent planning, reporting, and follow-up abilities,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
- Experience with ERP or HR software is preferred,
- Previous team and vendor management experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR and administrative affairs strategies, policies, and procedures,
- Manage recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar positions,
- Plan and coordinate onboarding, training, and development activities,
- Manage the performance evaluation process,
- Carry out employee engagement, satisfaction, and organizational culture initiatives,
- Oversee payroll, personnel affairs, attendance tracking, and social security processes,
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor law, occupational health and safety regulations, and relevant legal requirements,
- Support the coordination of OHS activities, workplace safety training, risk assessment follow-ups, incident reporting, and corrective/preventive actions,
- Manage administrative affairs including facility management, catering, cleaning, security, transportation, company vehicles, office supplies, and general workplace services,
- Coordinate relationships with service providers, vendors, and subcontractors,
- Monitor administrative budgets, service quality, and operational efficiency,
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and internal communication,
- Update organizational structures, job descriptions, and competency matrices,
- Prepare regular HR, OHS, and administrative affairs reports for senior management.
