You will act as the technological brain of our operations, constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in a modern manufacturing environment. If your comfort zone is limited to resetting passwords and applying standard software updates, this role is not for you.

The Challenge:

• Act as our internal technology scout: continuously research, test, and proactively deploy cutting-edge technologies andautonomous AI agents to automate complex corporate, R&D, and manufacturing workflows.

• Architect, administer, and scale our custom corporate intranet and public-facing platforms. You must have deep, hands-on administrative and server-side expertise inXenForo and WordPress ecosystems (including complex add-on configurations, database management, and performance optimization).

• Bridge the gap between IT and high-precision production by managing the network integration, software updates, and secure data flow for ourCMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) infrastructure and testing laboratories.

• Specify, build, and maintain extreme-performance workstation hardware. You must possessadvanced PC hardware knowledge to design multi-core processing architectures and high-bandwidth network structures tailored for heavy engineering, CAD, and local AI workloads.

• Architect and secure high-performance network infrastructures, focusing on multi-gigabit LAN environments, advanced VPN routing, and next-generation wireless architectures.

• Drive the technical deployment of our CRM platforms (Zoho), ensuring seamless API integrations between sales, production, and AI-driven automation tools.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

• You have a brilliant, highly analytical mind. You do not just solve problems; you reverse-engineer them and build foolproof systems to prevent their recurrence.

• BSc in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or an undeniable portfolio of self-taught technological mastery).

• Deep technical fluency in deploying new technologies (AI workflows, prompt engineering), web architectures (XenForo/WP), and high-end hardware integration.

• Hands-on experience integrating IT systems with industrial hardware (such as CMM systems or CNC data networks) is a massive plus.

• Exceptional command of English (written and technical) is an absolute must. You will be researching complex, undocumented IT solutions, managing global software vendors, and participating in advanced technical forums.

• High autonomy: you thrive in environments where you are given a complex objective and the freedom to engineer the optimal technological route to achieve it.
