Bench Turizm Sağlık Hizmetleri / ESTECAPELLI is looking for anItalian-Speaking International Patient Relations & Sales Specialist to join our team at our headquarters inŞişli, Istanbul

• Requirements

• Native or advancedItalian (C1-C2), both written and spoken

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good command of English is an advantage

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Comfortable communicating via phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, instant messaging and video calls

• Ability to understand patients' needs and communicate with empathy

• Sales-oriented, target-driven and results-focused

• Proactive, energetic and self-motivated

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally

• Associate, Bachelor's or Master's degree

• Currently residing in Istanbul or willing to relocate to Istanbul

• Responsibilities
  In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with Italian-speaking international patients regarding hair transplantation, plastic surgery, weight-loss procedures and dental treatments

• Understanding patients' needs and providing appropriate treatment options

• Managing the international patient sales process from initial contact through conversion

• Responding to patient inquiries via phone, e-mail, WhatsApp and video calls

• Preparing and presenting medical tourism treatment packages and quotations

• Coordinating with doctors to prepare appropriate treatment plans

• Organizing consultations and appointments

• Maintaining and improving patient satisfaction throughout the patient journey

• Following up with potential patients and converting inquiries into confirmed treatments

• Working towards individual and team sales targets
