BAT TURKEY IS LOOKING FOR A RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST - FIXED TERM

SENIORITY LEVEL: Non- Management

FUNCTION: Human Resources

LOCATION: Istanbul, Turkey.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE BENEFICIAL

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience within a corporate/in-house or recruitment agency environment,
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization,
• Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring (including complex offer negotiation) successful executive level talent,
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines,
• Fluent in English (both written & verbal),
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Builds and executes search plans which include target lists, job description review and validation, candidate assessment criteria, sourcing methodologies and tools, research, proactive cold calling and candidate development, assessment and presentation of a qualified and diverse candidate slate, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection and synthesis, reference checks, and offer crafting and negotiation,
• Participate in recruiting initiatives and hiring events as needed,
• Proactive talent pooling for potential vacancies,
  
• Responsible for implementing global recruitment system.
