Quality Engineer (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in Türkiye.

Tasks
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 audit readiness
- Manage internal & customer audits and compliance requirements
- Control document changes, standards, and regulatory (EHS) compliance
QC Operations
- Oversee daily quality control activities and QC planning
- Manage calibration, non-conformances, and operator performance
- Develop QC team competencies and work schedules
Customer & Supplier Quality
- Manage NCR processes and customer complaints
- Lead supplier qualification and audits
- Ensure timely resolution of quality issues
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain KPI and OTD reporting
- Manage material and compliance certificates
- Ensure accurate, audit-ready documentation
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials or similar)
· Fluent in English is required, German is a plus
- Minimum 3+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Experience and certification with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (8D, RCA, FMEA, Control Plans)
- Experience with calibration systems and inspection processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
