Human Resources Specialist

Location: Ankara, Türkiye
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site position. Remote work is not available.

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to manage recruitment for our technology and engineering teams and coordinate daily HR operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and administrative positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.

• Work with department managers to identify hiring needs and define position requirements.

• Maintain candidate communication and coordinate interviews to ensure an efficient recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate personnel files and leave records.

• Prepare recruitment and HR reports, identify improvement opportunities, and help develop HR processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Psychology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or a related field.

• Previous experience as a HR is a must.

• Experience in candidate sourcing, competency-based interviews, and recruitment processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related HR platforms.

• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Atention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and discretion when handling confidential employee and candidate information.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR experience in technology, defense, space, or R&D companies.

• Experience recruiting for technical roles in software, electronics, RF, mechanical design, or manufacturing.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
