HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will manage our HR processes, conduct initial recruitment interviews in English, coordinate interviews with department managers, and manage the overall recruitment process.

We’d Love to Meet You If You:

• Hold a university degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, Labour Economics, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline,

• Have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources,

• Have an advanced command of English,

• Have actively participated in recruitment, performance management, talent management and employee experience processes,

• Have knowledge of payroll, personnel administration, incentives and labour legislation,

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills,

• Are solution-oriented, analytical and proactive,

• Are eager to learn, develop and take responsibility.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

• Managing and continuously improving end-to-end Human Resources processes,

• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes,

• Following up on legal and administrative processes with SGK, the Ministry of Health, İŞKUR and other relevant public authorities,

• Managing employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, payroll, incentives and benefits in compliance with applicable legislation,

• Maintaining complete and up-to-date employee personnel files,

• Preparing and publishing internal procedures and ensuring their implementation,

• Monitoring leave, sick leave, overtime and disciplinary processes,

• Planning and coordinating internal and external training,

• Supporting limited administrative processes, including stock monitoring, purchasing, company vehicles, and building maintenance and repairs,

• Following up and coordinating legal matters when required.
