Our client, a well-established company operating in the energy sector, is looking for an experienced and hands-onHR Manager to lead its Human Resources function in Bursa.

The role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities, partnering closely with business leaders, and ensuring that HR practices effectively support the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide effective HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee management and HR-related matters.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, development and offboarding.
• Ensure the effective execution of HR operations, including payroll, time & attendance, benefits and other HR administrative processes.
• Manage employee relations processes, including employee concerns, workplace conflicts, investigations, disciplinary matters and grievance management.
• Lead workforce planning and support the preparation and management of the HR budget.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labor legislation, company policies and internal procedures.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR policies, practices and employment-related matters.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors, service providers and contractors on HR-related matters.
• Oversee relevant administrative services such as transportation, cafeteria and company vehicles.
• Support senior management with various HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Contribute to organizational development and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, preferably with experience at HR Manager or senior HR Business Partner level.
• Proven experience in organizations with a large employee population and a dynamic working environment.
• Strong knowledge of both strategic and operational HR processes.
• A hands-on HR professional who is comfortable being actively involved in day-to-day HR operations.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict management and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilient, proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
