We are looking for a motivated "Product and Yield Management Specialist" with following qualifications who will work in our Antalya Office.

• 3 years of experience in tourism sector preferably in tour operator, airline or DMC company,
• Knowledge of the dynamics of tourism destinations, airways transporting and hotels,
• Analytical thinking, planning and reporting skills,
• Strong communication skills and suitable for team work,
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, excellent command of Excel and especially Macro formulas and Power BI,
• University degree preferably in Tourism management, Aviation management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics departments,
• Ability to adapt to the intense pace of work – flexible working hours,
• Good command of English, preferably Russian or German.

Job Description

• Participate in flight and hotel yield management process by analysing market prices, arranging price dynamics to create competitive packages,
• Take necessary actions according to market prices to increase revenue and pax yield,
• Respon to requests from sales or regional offices,
• Prepare spesific reports for high management.
