Cementing Supervisor

We are seeking experienced Cementing Supervisors to lead and supervise cementing operations at field locations across Türkiye.

Candidates are expected to meet the following qualifications:

• Turkish Passport Holders
• Residents in Türkiye
• Relevant hands-on experience in oilfield cementing operations,
• Good technical understanding of cementing operations, equipment and field procedures,
• Strong HSE mindset and commitment to service quality,
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills,
• Ability to work effectively under field and operational conditions,
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
• Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel, engineering teams and customers,
• Good operational reporting and documentation skills,
• Willingness to work flexible schedules according to field requirements,
• Preferably based in Diyarbakır or the surrounding region and available for field assignments across Türkiye.

Job Description

The Cementing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising safe and efficient execution of cementing operations at the wellsite.

Main responsibilities include:

• Supervising cementing operations from job preparation through completion,
• Leading field crews and coordinating operators and supporting personnel,
• Conducting pre-job meetings and ensuring all personnel understand the operational plan and their responsibilities,
• Verifying readiness of cementing equipment, materials and personnel prior to operations,
• Supervising rig-up, operation and rig-down activities,
• Monitoring job execution and operational parameters,
• Coordinating with field engineers and relevant customer/site representatives,
• Ensuring compliance with company HSE policies, procedures and operational standards,
• Identifying operational risks and taking appropriate preventive actions,
• Ensuring proper equipment handling and reporting equipment-related issues,
• Preparing accurate field and post-job reports,
• Providing operational feedback and supporting continuous improvement of cementing services.
