Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the hotel’s banquet and event spaces.
• Communicate effectively with guest to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate all stages of event planning and execution.
• Conduct marketing and promotional activities to meet sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, create contracts, and negotiate terms.
• Gather guest feedback to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure successful event execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to incorporate into strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Hospitality, Business, or related fields).
• At least 3 years of experience in banquet and event management.
• Knowledge and experience in sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Team-oriented, solution-focused, and analytical thinking abilities.
