For our rapidly growing team, we are seeking a colleague to join us as a İn-House Lawyer

Qualifications

• Preferably in-house experience within manufacturing, engineering, energy, infrastructure, or project-based companies
• Strong practical experience in commercial litigation, contract law, and law of obligations
• Knowledge and experience in international contract structures (particularly Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils contract frameworks)
• Active involvement in arbitration proceedings (experience under International Chamber of Commerce, United Nations Commission on International Trade Law rules is an asset)
• Advanced proficiency in English for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage risk and deliver practical solutions
• Motivation to act not as an external advisor, but as an integral part of the Company’s internal decision-making mechanism
  
  Responsibilities
  
  
• Strategic planning and management of all commercial litigation processes involving the Company
• Conducting pre- and post-contract legal risk analysis in large-scale domestic and international projects
• Drafting, negotiating, and revising EPC, manufacturing, and project-based contracts
• Legal review of technical specifications, tender documents, and commercial annexes
• Legal coordination of claim management, extension of time requests, liquidated damages, letters of guarantee, and warranty obligations
• Management and strategic follow-up of national and international arbitration proceedings
• Early identification of legal risks and providing clear, decision-support legal opinions to management
• Working in full integration with operations, project, sales, and procurement teams to embed legal oversight into business processes
• Maintaining a proactive legal framework aligned with the Company’s growth objectives
