WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...
- To support with monthly one-to-one staff meetings or HOD coordination to establish and monitor targets and achievements while updating the performance appraisals accordingly
- To be able to manage all guest complaints and propose guest engagement retention to the General Manager/Executive Chef
- To control operational expenditure and adhere to budgets in order to maximize profits
- To drive and assist on all on going recruitment (screening, interviewing and selecting applicants)
- To assist the GM on overseeing the purchasing department for food, equipment and other necessary supplies
- As the AGM, you will assist on making sure that regularly inspection or internal audit as in place from time to time in terms of food & beverage quality
- To be responsible for the security of the restaurant premises and all stock, cash, wines, and spirits and to ensure that no items are issued without being entered into the Point of sales system
- To assist the GM on ensuring that all employees have full and complete Food & Beverage knowledge
- To drive the business by creating and implementing sales generational and promotional activities, including staff initiative schemes
- Assist the GM/Executive Chef to meet financial goals, including sales targets as well asbudgeting and cost-control measures of the Company
- To assist the GM on coaching and developing the restaurant’s training programs to ensure a highest degree of employee professionalism
- To work hand-in-hand with the GM on managing all people and operational related issues in line with the Company Policy & Procedures
- To also oversee the management team in terms of employee recruitment, training,evaluation, promotion and termination activities of each department
- To ensure that all departments are well guided by their respective Head of Department
