WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...


  • Be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the business and ensuring all guests receive the best possible service, care and knowledge according to our brand standards
  • Show the behaviours of an inspiring leader at all times by being a culture carrier and bringing your team on a growth journey with you
  • Be well versed in the offerings of the operations whether this is the beverages or food and dessert menu
  • To be responsive to any guest’s request and manage the delivery of this information to the management team with a constructive feedback mindset
  • To inform managers of any complaints / comments / perceived issues and to be hands-on and present in the restaurant at all times during service
  • To ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at work at all times in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work in line with Local Authority rules and regulations
  • To work hand in hand with the Head Security on establishing and maintaining the appropriate Local security protocols for guest, employee and facility safety
  • To oversee and ensure an efficient and seamless running of the restaurant, bar, lounge and speakeasy whilst ensuring all financial and statutory requirements are met.
  • With initiative, must render suggestions and recommendations for continuous effort in improving existing standards
  • To manage, guide and develop the management team in their roles, ensuring they deliver as expected and flourish
  • To ensure the team delivers highly efficient and effective customer service
  • To ensure all systems and procedures introduced are always adhered to
  • To implement delivery of the business strategy in conjunction with vision and mission of the Corporate Team and the Shareholders
  • Ensuring that all standard protocols are being implemented, followed and adhered in accordance with best practices (Policies and Procedures) necessary for successful and efficient operations
  • To develop a learning culture and to ensure the team feels valued and rewarded
  • To manage all people related issues in line with the Company Policy & Procedures
  • To oversee the management team in terms of employee recruitment, training, evaluation, promotion and termination activities of each department
  • To ensure that all departments are well managed by their respective Head of Department.
