OZ Hamam Group is seeking an experienced senior executive to serve as General Manager, responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across the Group's companies in Türkiye.

The Group's core business is the production of premium natural stone products, specializing in marble, onyx, and mosaics for both domestic and international markets. Through its manufacturing operations, OZ Hamam Group is committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and innovative stone solutions.

The parent company, OZ Hamam Las Vegas LLC, is currently developing a landmark Wellness Center in Las Vegas. The project will showcase the Group's premium marble, onyx, and mosaic products while offering authentic Turkish Hamam (spa) experiences and restaurants that celebrate the rich culture and heritage of Türkiye and the surrounding region.

OZ Hamam Group is also affiliated with OZ Optics, founded in Canada in 1985. OZ Optics is a leading global supplier of fiber optic products for both existing and next-generation optical networks. The company is internationally recognized for its high-quality, innovative fiber optic components that support advanced optical communication systems.

General Manager

General Manager oversees all operational, financial, and strategic functions. Manages the procurement of marble and onyx slabs, processing in manufacturing facilities, quality control, supply chain logistics and exports. This executive role requires deep industry knowledge to maximize production efficiency, ensure safety compliance, and drive overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end marble manufacturing, polishing, and finishing operations. Optimize production schedules and workflow to meet customer demand and minimize downtime.

Financial Management: Develop company budgets, conduct financial forecasting, monitor P&L, and cost controls to maximize profitability. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and support strategic planning with financial models. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Quality & Safety Control: Implement stringent quality control measures at every stage from raw material inspection to final product. Ensure the facility complies with all safety and environmental regulations.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and recruit production and administrative staff to foster a high-performance, safety-first culture.  Implement best practices in management

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:  10+ years of executive experience in natural stone or related heavy manufacturing.Although not a mandatory requirement, knowledge of and exposure to the construction industry will be considered a valuable asset.

 Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of marble fabrication, installation methods, and stonework solutions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with manufacturing systems like ERP and project management tools, alongside safety management certifications.

Soft Skills: Proven people management and leadership skills. Strong management background. Ability to manage and coordinate multi-company and international operations. Effective communication and inter-personal skills in a corporate and cross-cultural environment
