As HR Data & Reporting Specialist, you will be a key member for HR Digital transformation within both local and Global Danone Network and take an important role in change management. In the context of your job, you will report to HR Technology and Efficiency Executive - Employee Services, Turkey.

In this role you will;

• Be a member of the team which is responsible for deployment of Global HR Solutions in Turkey as well as manages local digital requirements;

• Owner of the HR Data Quality and is responsible to take necessary actions for improvement

• Manages access for Global HR Digital Platform: Success Factors

• Single contact point for HR Reporting : Dashboard and periodic global reporting

• Active member of Global HR Technology community as local representative and closely collaborate with global and local IT teams

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

• Bachelor's degree with major in related Engineering or Administrative Sciences departments,

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a structured approach to work and high problem-solving ability,

• Enjoyment of new challenges and willingness to take on responsibility and contribute new ideas and innovative solutions,

• Act as a team member, as well as able to take the leadership role within project groups
