About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide high-level support in managing the CEO’s schedule, priorities, and daily workflow. This role requires not only exceptional organizational skills, but also a strong sense of confidentiality, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
By optimizing the CEO’s workflow, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and effective internal and external communication processes within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage and coordinate the CEO’s meetings, travel arrangements, accommodations, and event schedules end-to-end.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as a professional liaison on behalf of the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and reports for executive and management meetings.
- Process & Efficiency Management: Prioritize and streamline the CEO’s daily workflow to enhance operational efficiency; manage expense tracking, invoicing, and administrative operations.
- Project Support: Support the coordination of board meetings, internal projects, and corporate events/organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior executive support role (experience supporting C-Level executives is preferred).
- Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken Turkish and English.
- Integrity & Confidentiality: Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and business ethics.
- Personal Competencies: Proactive, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in crisis and time management.
- Work Style: Adaptable to fast-paced and agile work environments with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to demonstrate flexibility in working hours when required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and digital office/planning tools.
