Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with international patients before, during, and after treatment
• Coordinating appointments and treatment schedules
• Assisting patients throughout their treatment journey
• Working closely with doctors and clinic staff to ensure excellent patient experience
• Managing patient follow-ups and maintaining strong communication

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory
• Turkish proficiency is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-player mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in dental or medical tourism is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in:
• Health tourism, or
• A dental clinic environment (preferred)
