JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To coordinate the importation and the shipments to the customers.
• Handling all shipments and delivery processes and arranging all necessary documents for exporting & importing.
• Communicating with Customs Agent and Forwarders regularly related with each shipment.
• Assisting the colleagues in Head Quarter and area sales managers related with shipment enquiries.
• Preparation of the export shipment documents.
• Process and ensure accuracy of customs documentation.
• Assist freight forwarders and customs brokers with import and export issues associated with all shipments.
• Review for accuracy and Process freight invoices and broker bills.
• Track, trace and report shipments to ensure timely delivery to all the Company’s warehouses.
• Assist in handling and resolving freight claims.
• Compliance, Customs rules and regulations, inclusive of record-keeping.
• Import and Export Freight Costs Data, Import/Export tracking for SCD, where needed.
• Internal and external transport arrangements.
• Maintain all files and paperwork relating to import/export matters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Having a bachelor's degree in an Engineering/BA or Logistics department, MBA is desirable. Knowledge and/or experience in leading safety initiatives, taking Business Administration or similar branches of social sciences with sufficient logistic experience.
• Min. 4 years of experience in Logistics, Planning operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience or Knowledge in Free Zone Custom operations.
• Good team-working and interpersonal skills.
• Solution oriented.
• Verbal and written communication skills in multi-languages, fluency in English. 

We are looking for a teammate who will work as a "Logistics Specialist" to be assigned to DEZEGA SP.

DEZEGA is a world designer and manufacturer of breathing equipment with a closed circuit. It produces breathing apparatus on chemically bound and compressed oxygen for mine rescue teams, for escape of miners and workers, for escape of civilians in case of fire and smoke. Nowadays DEZEGA products are being used in more than 50 countries. Over 500 thousand self-rescuers are guarding miners worldwide this very moment.
