IDEAL PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Graphics and Visual Communication, Sports Management, Media Management, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in managerial positions, preferably in media, broadcasting, or creative industries,
• Strong knowledge of sports content production, broadcast operations, and creative production processes,
• Comprehensive understanding of local and global sports creative trends, audience expectations, and industry developments,
• Proven experience in managing and delivering projects across television, video, print, social media, and digital platforms,
• Experience in video production, motion graphics, post-production, and creative content development,
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and team management skills, with the ability to guide, coach, and develop creative and technical teams,
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely, high-quality delivery,
• Ability to collaborate effectively with editorial, creative, and technical teams to ensure alignment across broadcast and promotional activities,
• Proven experience using AI tools in the creative process to develop concepts and produce innovative content,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Visionary, audience-oriented, and results-driven mindset, with a strong commitment to quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Overseeing the end-to-end direction, production, and broadcast of matches, games, programs, news bulletins, and promotional content, ensuring compliance with beIN SPORTS standards, editorial guidelines, and broadcast schedules,
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual and audio content by overseeing production processes, creative execution, and technical standards,
• Managing and coordinating the Directors and Promo Producers, ensuring alignment between live broadcast operations, program production, and promotional content activities,
• Overseeing the planning and execution of broadcast flows, ensuring that programs and news bulletins are delivered in accordance with editorial requirements and that advertising placements are aired accurately and on schedule,
• Leading the planning, production, and post-production of promotional content for sports programming and other communication needs, ensuring consistency with the beIN SPORTS brand identity and creative standards,
• Collaborating with editorial, creative, technical, and other relevant teams to ensure the effective coordination of production activities and the timely delivery of broadcast and promotional materials,
• Monitoring broadcast operations and production workflows, identifying operational issues and areas for improvement, and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
