Our DowAksa Career-Up long-term internship programme is a project-based program for final year undergraduate students, graduate students and newly graduates. Trainees who will be part of our Career-Up program will take part in a project in the relevant department of our company at least 3 working days a week during their internship periods.
Application Deadline: 15th of April
- 4th grade at Bachelor’s degree or Master degree students,
- Working with us 3 full days of a week at least,
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge in MS Office,
- Hungry for learning and producing
- Creativity and curiousity.
APPLICATION PROCESS IN DOWAKSA
The following steps are waiting for our candidates in the Career-Up application process;
- Online English Language Exam consisting of reading-writing-listening sections,
- Online Personality Inventory,
- Human Resources and Technical Department interviews.
Candidates who have succeeded in the process take their places in Career-Up with our teammates with the orientation program where they will get to know DowAksa company culture, meet their managers and share their projects.
APPLICATIONS IN THE INTERNSHIP PERIOD

- Food Service,
- The minimum wage,
- In-house trainings and events for the intern,
- Preparing a project and presenting of the project they will do in the DowAksa Career-Up process to the department managers.
