EagleBurgmann Türkiye olarak, büyümekte olan ekibimiz içerisinde yer alacak aşağıdaki niteliklere sahip “Dış Ticaret ve Lojistik Asistanı” arayışı içerisindeyiz.

GENEL NİTELİKLER

• Meslek yüksek okulu ya da lise mezunu,
• En fazla 1 yıl deneyimli,
• MS Office programları hakkında bilgisi olan,
• Takım çalışmasına yatkın, iletişim yönü kuvvetli,
• Problemlere çözüm ve sonuç odaklı yaklaşabilen,
• İstanbul Anadolu Yakası ya da Kocaeli (Gebze, Çayırova, Darıca, İzmit) bölgelerinde ikamet eden/edebilecek.

İŞ TANIMI 

•  Gümrük müşavirlerinden gelen ithalat ve ihracat evraklarının kontrol edilmesi, dosyalanması ve arşivlenmesi,

•  Nakliye ve gümrük hizmet sağlayıcılarından gelen faturaların kontrol edilmesi (hizmet kapsamı, tutar, vb.)

• Gümrük beyannamelerinin takibi ve ilgili sistem kayıtlarının oluşturulması,
• Gümrük müşavirleri, lojistik firmaları ve diğer hizmet sağlayıcılarla operasyonel yazışmaların yürütülmesi,
• Evrak ve verilerin SAP, Excel ve ilgili sistemlere doğru ve eksiksiz şekilde girilmesi,
• Numune gönderimleri, serbest bölge işlemleri gibi temel dış ticaret operasyonlarının organize edilmesi ve takip edilmesi,
• Günlük dış ticaret operasyonlarının şirket prosedürlerine uygun şekilde yürütülmesine destek verilmesi.
