QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Mission
To be responsible for the HR function in both Ekomak Edirne Product Company and Umraniye Customer Center.
This includes;
- Working closely with Management team to ensure that HR is aligned with the business and the product company strategies.
- To support the managers in hiring the right people and provide the new employee an effective orientation experience.
- To develop, maintain and update competence development based on the company’s needs identification process and participate in the appraisal process.
- Establishment of employee communication platform to continuously enhance employee relationship.
- To measure HR effectiveness through appropriate benchmark and metrics.
- Implementation of HR Policies and people management processes.
- Act as a role model and motivate and stimulate the people to act according to the company’s values.
- Review and monitor the compensation and benefits being provided to ensure a competitive remuneration package
- Provide coaching, leadership and support to managers and employees on HR topics
Your primary tasks will be to:
- Guide the departmental managers to ensure that People Management processes are in place in both Umraniye and Edirne and consistently managed in line with “The Way We Do”
- Develop and deploy a People Management strategy that supports the development and the implementation of the business strategy
- Continuously attract the required talent by devising and deploying an employer branding scheme within the local market
- Employ the right people to ensure the development of the company, which includes managing the complete recruitment process
- Implement transparent remuneration policies that are consist across the complete company
- Define and implement solid processes and tools for competence and talent management
- Promote, support and enforce the process of effective performance reviews and exit interviews
- Guide and support all activities in the area of organisational development and management resourcing.
- Create and provide necessary follow-up and reports in order to track KPI's and general progress
- Define and implement a graduate recruitment strategy including an internship program
- Support all division in the pursuit and follow-up of necessary training and required certification
- Maintain a comprehensive personnel filing and archiving system
-Coordinate and manage the issues related with Union in Edirne Product Company
