Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our make - up brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate is someone who understands current social media trends, can create engaging content, and communicates fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

• Create compelling visual and written content aligned with brand identity

• Manage daily posts, stories, and community engagement

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Follow trends, platform updates, and competitor activities

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for coordinated campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in cosmetic sector

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills (a must)

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement techniques, and analytics tools

• Ability to create creative, high-quality content

• Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe etc.) 

• Excellent communication, time management, organizational and reporting skills

• Experience with Influencer Marketing and budgeting
