Foreign Trade Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Foreign Trade Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order operations across both domestic and export markets, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, the principal supplier, and internal teams.
You will play a key role in handling complex order flows, including import, export, allocation, and customer management, while ensuring high service levels and operational excellence.

The position will be based at the Emaar Square officebuilding, where our Company's headquarters is located.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and process orders from customers in export regions
• Coordinate order submission and follow-up with the principal supplier
• Split and allocate orders based on customer needs and product availability
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to each customer (on time & in full)
• Manage combined shipments and ensure correct distribution
• Act as the main point of communication between the supplier and customers
• Provide regular updates on order status, shipments, and potential delays
• Manage import operations, including customs clearance and inbound logistics to Türkiye
• Coordinate with customs agents and logistics providers to ensure timely release of goods
• Support export operations, including order processing and logistics coordination
• Maintain and update customer master data for export markets
• Monitor and update pricing and margins based on wholesale export orders
• Collaborate closely with sales, planning, and warehouse teams
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve supply chain issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or retail distribution is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g.LOGO) and MS Office applications
• Fluency in a good command of English
