Health Tourism Call Center Sales Person

We are a dynamic and growing clinic specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery and advanced dental treatments. As part of our international expansion in the field ofhealth tourism, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experiencedCall Center Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to incoming leads from international patients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Explaining treatment options clearly and professionally in English (and preferably other languages)
• Converting leads into patients by building trust and offering personalized guidance
• Following up with potential patients and coordinating online consultations when necessary
• Working closely with the surgical and administrative team to ensure smooth patient onboarding

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
• Additional language skills in Spanis ,German, French, Arabic or other major languages are highly preferred
• Proven experience in medical or dental tourism sales or patient coordination
• Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
• Ability to work with CRM systems and handle multiple communication channels
