Position: English Customer Service Representative
Work Model: Hybrit
Location: Mecidiyeköy Office – Istanbul

Role Purpose
To deliver high-quality customer support in English via phone, email, and/or chat channels while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries in English in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems
- Comply with quality standards, procedures, and performance expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum C1 level English (spoken and written)
- Minimum high school diploma
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Comfortable with computer usage and basic MS Office tools
