Location: Mecidiyeköy Office – Istanbul

Role Purpose
To deliver high-quality customer support in English via phone, email, and/or chat channels while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries in English in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems
• Comply with quality standards, procedures, and performance expectations

Qualifications

• Minimum C1 level English (spoken and written)
• Minimum high school diploma
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Comfortable with computer usage and basic MS Office tools
