Quality Control Executive

We are looking for a "Quality Control Executive" to join our Quality Department at our Headquarters located in Istanbul / Çekmeköy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Quality Control team and daily quality activities
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, and company quality standards
• Develop, review, and approve SOPs and quality-related documents
• Manage quality processes including change control, CAPA, deviations, OOS/OOT, and risk assessments
• Lead customer and consumer complaint investigations and ensure effective corrective actions
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare regular reports for management
• Work closely with Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained
• Identify quality risks and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure GMP and quality-related training programs are planned and completed
• Keep up to date with regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, and industry developments
• Support management in quality-related decisions and improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries
• Previous team management or leadership experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, and quality management systems
• Experience in audits, CAPA, change control, deviations, complaints, and quality investigations
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
• Fluent in English
