Farmasi Headquarters Istanbul / Çekmeköy location is looking for a  "Regulatory Affairs Specialist"  to be assigned with in the R&D Department.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and stay up to date with national and international food and food supplement regulations
• Review and approve product labels and packaging to ensure compliance with applicable legislation
• Manage regulatory registration and notification processes for food and food supplement products
• Prepare and maintain regulatory submission dossiers for food supplement products
• Prepare and follow up on export documentation and regulatory files
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and compile the required documents for regulatory submissions
• Liaise with testing laboratories and regulatory authorities to support product compliance activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all regulatory affairs activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the food or food supplements industry
• Knowledge of food supplement registration and regulatory submission processes
• Familiarity with food labeling regulations and applicable food legislation
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Document Management
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt to regulatory changes, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required
