For our Procurement team based in Istanbul, we are looking for an intern who will be working with the Hazelnut Procurement team.

Currently, we are looking for an İstanbul based Procurement Intern who will be working with the hazelnut procurement team.

Who we are looking for:

• 4th year university or master program student

• Able to work min. 4 days/week for 6 months

• Passionate for food industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills with detail-oriented approach

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Turkish

Main Responsibilities:

• Support reporting process for Luxemburg and Istanbul senior management

• Help the team in keeping the procurement files updated on daily basis

• Follow up operational processes related with contract approval and SAP action processes, including new vendor creations

• Trackk suppliers’ delivery performances and export numbers

• Share daily purchase information with other departments
