Job Description

• Prepare and publish job advertisements for blue-collar and white-collar positions,
• Manage candidate applications, including screening, interview coordination, and overall process follow-up,
• Analyze recruitment channel performance and implement improvement actions,
• Plan and manage recruitment channels such as job portals, agencies, and social media,
• Take an active role in employer branding activities such as career events, fairs, and university collaborations,
• Contribute to content creation and social media planning processes,
• Coordinate employee events and communication activities.including announcements, events, and content flow,
• Support employee engagement initiatives through communication and organizational projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience prefably production enviroment in similar positions,
• Good command of English,
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills,
• Experience with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) is a plus,
• Analytical mindset, result-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic work environment.
