FläktGroup Turkey factory Dilovası / Kocaeli, Sales & Service offices are located in Kadıköy / İstanbul.

We are looking for a IT Manager teammate in our IT department based in Dilovası factory.

Job Description

• Service Level Management: Deliver IT services in line with defined service level agreements and continuously improve these services by translating business requirements into technological solutions.
• Corporate Contribution: Contribute to the fulfilment of the corporate IT vision and objectives, and develop short and long-term IT strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships and contracts with stakeholders, including sales entities, key customers, suppliers, and both internal and external service providers.
• Multi-Location Infrastructure Management: Develop and oversee a reliable network infrastructure across company locations and provide remote access solutions for seamless operations.
• Technology Integration for Manufacturing: Address communication and integration issues between CNC machines and production equipment, utilizing data analytics for process improvement.
• Data Security and Compliance: Protect sensitive production data, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Budget Management: Efficiently manage substantial IT budgets, particularly for infrastructure investment, maintenance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Vendor and Supplier Relations: Manage vendor relationships for IT infrastructure maintenance and control costs through effective negotiations.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to inform decision-making and enhance business processes.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to local licenses, policies, standards, and budget requirements.
• Software and Application Development: Oversee software development projects, ensuring they align with business process improvements and meet organizational goals.
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans: Manage and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure uninterrupted production operations.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems
• He/She will work 4 days in Dilovası Factory and 1 day in Kadıköy Office.
• Good level of English enabling free oral and written communication.
• Analytical and solution-oriented
• Excellent team player

IT knowledge expected from the position;

• Knowledge of Windows 10, 11, Windows Server 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022, Linux
• Knowledge of Network (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLAN)
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure and services
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 from the user and management side
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell
• Knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Basic knowledge of AX2009/D365 ERP
• Knowledge of EPM, CMDB tools
