General Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from relevant university departments.
• Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 10 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner position.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-office working type.
• Possession of a B2 driver's license.

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
• Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Utilize analytical thinking, recruitment, technical recruitment, and planning and organization skills to enhance HR processes.
