Hence, we are here to save thousands of apparels every day in Turkey’s first re-commerce center in fashion industry powered by circular & sustainable fashion and cutting-edge technology.

We are looking for People&Culture Specialist who aims to build a better world & leaves a sustainable path for people to follow.

What we need;

• Bachelor's degree in related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discretely is essential
• Ability to multi-task; pro-active and self-motivated,
• A creative thinker and problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and able to juggle competing priorities,
• Courageous, willing to challenge others and able to influence them about the things that matter.

Key Responsibilities;

• Create a good working environment, hr procedures and organizational culture
• In charge of execute all HR operations such as recruitment, orientation, onboarding, exit, employee engagement, learning and development, etc
• Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career plans,
• Actively support HR Manager on design, and implementation on organizational changes as well as on other hr projects.
