Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Human Resources Intern to join and support our Human Resources team at our Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist across core Human Resources functions, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance & Career Management, and Internal Communication.
• Search and source potential candidates across various recruitment platforms.
• Organize interview schedules and conduct initial candidate phone screenings.
• Support training execution by coordinating processes, tracking attendance lists, and keeping accurate records.
• Translate global training materials and documentation into local language.
• Support internal communication activities, employee engagement initiatives, and social responsibility projects.
• Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of HR reports and database systems.
• Provide operational and administrative support across all day-to-day HR processes.

Qualifications

• 4th-year undergraduate or Master’s student from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Ability to work a minimum of 3–4 full days per week with a flexible schedule.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated team player with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a eagerness to learn.
