Human Resources Manager
About Job
Within our growing organizational structure, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager who will go beyond managing HR operations and take an active role in shaping the future of our people and organization. Our company is rapidly growing and operates two manufacturing plants in Ankara.
In this role, you will not only structure and enhance existing HR processes, but also lead people-centered, sustainable, and value-driven initiatives that support the company’s growth and institutionalization journey.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of core HR operations and personnel administration
- Proven experience in establishing, developing, and improving HR policies, processes, and practices
- Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and training
- Strategic mindset with the ability to position HR as an integral part of the business
- Hands-on, results-oriented, and accountable leadership style
- Experience in reporting to senior management and leading HR teams
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing, improving, and sustainably managing HR operational standards
- Structuring recruitment, performance, training, and employee relations processes within a corporate framework
- Implementing HR practices aligned with the company’s growth objectives and effective at the operational level
- Strengthening HR’s role as a strategic business partner through close collaboration with senior management
- Managing Human Resources and Administrative Affairs activities with a holistic approach
