We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our international team. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution to support our growth and ensure compliance with labor regulations across diverse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Labor Law and Social Security regulations.

• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken); advanced proficiency is preferred.

• Proven experience in establishing and managing HR systems, especially during periods of intensive recruitment.

• Solid understanding of foreign employment regulations.

• Proficient in MS Office programs.

• Ability to travel as required.

• For male candidates: completion of military service obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full scope of HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, training & development, career planning, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

• Drive talent acquisition initiatives to meet the organization’s ambitious growth and recruitment goals.

• Prepare, analyze, and present HR-related reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with consultants and legal advisors to ensure compliance with Labor Law and Social Security Institution regulations, while safeguarding the company’s best interests.

• Oversee the updating and implementation of job descriptions, policies, and business processes.

• Foster strong interdepartmental collaboration and alignment.

• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
