Glasstech Refractory is a leading contractor specializing in glass furnace projects, with over 24 years of experience and expertise across 11 countries. The company specializes in the construction, repair, and installation of float glass, container glass, fiberglass, soda ash, and tableware glass furnaces, with capacities ranging from 50 to 1,200 tons per day. Our services include cold repairs, hot repairs, glass-to-glass conversions, turnkey furnace installations, and furnace steel structure supply.

We are looking for a PMO Manager who will establish, standardize, and manage project governance, planning, reporting, and performance tracking across all projects.

Qualifications :

• ·      Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Metallurgical, and Materials Engineering.
• ·      Minimum 10 years of experience in managing EPC projects, industrial plants, heavy industry industrial furnace (steel refractory) installations, or similar fields.
• ·      Proven track record in PMO establishment, project governance, process design, and standardization.
• ·      Deep expertise in contract management, budget planning, cost control (e.g., Earned Value Management), and risk management methodologies.
• ·      Excellent command of English, fluent enough to manage operations and relations with foreign clients and suppliers.
• ·      Ability to coordinate and ensure mobilization between the headquarters (Istanbul) and domestic/international construction sites.

Job Description :

• ·      Directing the entire lifecycle of all EPC projects within the company from the bidding phase to commissioning and handover, by continuously improving standards, templates, and methodologies.
• ·      Monitoring the Time, Cost, and Scope balance of projects; identifying potential deviations, Critical Path delays, and risks in advance to report them to senior management.
• ·      Coordinating the transparent planning and allocation of manpower, equipment, and budget resources across multiple simultaneous project sites.
• ·      Supervising the alignment of long-lead industrial procurement, manufacturing, and logistics steps with the project schedule, in close coordination with the Procurement department.
• ·      Consolidating daily/weekly man-hour and progress data from project sites to provide regular, transparent management reports to senior leadership.
•        Leading "Lessons Learned" sessions upon project completion to enhance and contribute to institutional memory
