Position: Receptionist

What We Are Looking For

• A degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in front desk or reception roles
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and approachable
• Team player, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Professional appearance, well-organized, and detail-focused
• Comfortable working in a shift-based schedule
• Familiarity with reservation systems and front desk software is a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage smooth check-in and check-out processes
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and courteously
• Assist guests throughout their stay, anticipating and fulfilling their needs
• Handle guest accounts, payments, and invoices accurately
• Share detailed information about hotel services and the local area
• Note guest preferences to provide a personalized experience on future visits
