Join Groupe Atlantic İzmir Factory as a Part-Time Student and become part of our R&D or INDUS (Industrialization) team. We are looking for curious, motivated and analytical university students who are eager to learn, take initiative and develop their technical skills.

Who We’re Looking For

• NDUS – Industrialization & Automation

  • Students in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related departments.

  • Strong interest in industrial automation, control systems, industrial communication technologies and smart manufacturing.

  • Curious about how machines, production systems and technologies work together.

  • Eager to contribute to automation-related projects and support the continuous improvement of industrial processes.

  2. R&D – Research & Development

  • Students in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative and analytical fields.

  • Interest in data analysis, process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

  • Enjoy working with data, identifying patterns and transforming findings into actionable insights.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented and motivated to contribute to process development and continuous improvement projects.
