We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “Bartender" to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards.
• Ensure high-quality presentation of all drinks, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent guest service by maintaining a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
• Take orders accurately and deliver beverages in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and stock.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control procedures.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with the service team and kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barman/Barmaid in a hotel or high-standard hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service techniques is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Guest-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
• Good command of English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with different departments.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and professional appearance are required.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and safe alcohol service practices is preferred.
