Essential Requirements 

• Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
• Minimum 2 years as Bartender / Mixologist in international class hotel
• 3 years F&B Service experience
• Beverage / Wine Knowledge
• Oral and written fluency in English
• Computer knowledge
• Outgoing and people oriented
• Team builder
• Motivator and self starter
• Creativity

İŞ TANIMI

Providing an excellent guest drinking experience, Bartender will be enthusiastic and able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Ensures smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess our guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
