We are looking for a Quality Technician (Tank Workshop) who will be able to demonstrate knowledge inHitachi Energy Power Transformers Factory in Dilovası/Kocaeli.

How you will make an impact:

• Responsible for inspection of transformer tanks manufacturing stages, ITP and QCP.
• Responsible for Incoming Material Inspection.
• Responsible for Welding and Coating Inspections.
• Responsible for NDT inspections TUV Nord- EN 473 ISO 9712 and ASME.
• Responsible for final assembly dimensional inspections.
• Providing solution for customer complaints.
• Technical knowledge for supplier qualification, material and production processes.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your Background:

• Technical high school diploma or Vocational School graduation from mechanical departments (preferably holding a 2-year associate degree or a 4-year degree in a technical field).
• At least 3 years of experience preferably in the transformer sector.
• Knowledgeable about technical drawing, measuring instruments, SAP QM module, NCR, MS Office tools.
• Ultrasonic Inspection Level 2 certificate is an asset.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Able to adapt a shift work system and accommodate overtime when necessary.
• Teamwork-oriented, eager to learn and improve.
• Preferably with a good command of English and Turkish.

*Magnetic Inspection Level 2 certificate

*Penetrant Inspection Level 2 certificate

*Visual Inspection Level 2 certificate

*AMPP Coating inspector - Level 2 certificate
