Director of Finance 

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Finance with a strong background in hotel operations to lead our financial activities and support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

                •             Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the organization and affiliated hotel operations.

                •             Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

                •             Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

                •             Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and corporate financial policies.

                •             Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

                •             Lead the finance team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

                •             Collaborate with hotel operations teams to align financial goals with operational performance.

                •             Monitor cash flow, working capital, and risk management to ensure financial stability.

                •             Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality service standards.

                •             Support the executive team with financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

                •             Proven experience as a Director of Finance or similar role in the hospitality industry, with a deep understanding of hotel operations.

                •             Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/ACCA certification preferred).

                •             Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.

                •             Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

                •             Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

                •             Strong leadership and team management abilities.

                •             Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

                •             High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
