Join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team at the prestigious Hyatt Regency Istanbul Atakoy! We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Group Sales Executive to lead efforts in securing group bookings and delivering exceptional client experiences.
As a Group Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of group events, aligning with Hyatt’s high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively source, negotiate, and secure group bookings to achieve revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to create tailored proposals and packages.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless group event execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare sales reports.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or event management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of local and international markets is an advantage.
