Production Vice Team Manager

For our SPANDEX (Elastane Yarn) production facility located in Kapaklı/Tekirdağ, we are looking for a “Production Vice Team Manager” with the following qualifications.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Chemical Engineering,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in textile, chemical or polymer industries,
• Experience in production process and team management,
• Strong knowledge of production KPIs, productivity and efficiency improvement,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills,
• Strong communication and leadership skills,
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement is preferred,
• Proficient in MS Office,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Preferably residing in or able to relocate to Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı or Saray.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and coordinate daily elastane yarn production operations in line with production plans, quality standards and company targets,
• Lead production teams and ensure effective manpower planning and coordination,
• Monitor production KPIs including productivity, efficiency, yield, waste and downtime,
• Identify production problems, lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions,
• Ensure stable and efficient operation of production lines,
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning and other related departments,
• Lead process optimization, productivity improvement and continuous improvement activities,
• Ensure compliance with quality, process, safety and environmental standards,
• Prepare and monitor production reports and provide improvement proposals to management,
• Support employee development through effective team leadership, coaching and performance management,
• Contribute to cost reduction, operational efficiency and overall production targets.
